How It Works

Selection Criteria:
- USA or Canadian-based
- Targeting 70.3, Ironman, or PTO events
- Just received or aiming for pro/elite card
- Committed, coachable, and ready to be part of a team
Expectations:
- Commit to 1–2 years with EchoSystems coaching
- Wear team kit and use team gear in all races
- Active in team sessions, check-ins, and events
- Share your progress and story

How many athletes are selected? 6–10 for 2025.
Can I keep my own coach? Coaching is exclusive to Echo during your contract.
Are travel or races covered? Pro deals, some free gear; most race entries and travel are athlete responsibility unless specified.
What’s the timeline? Selections by September 1, 2025. Season starts after onboarding.
