1-1 Coaching — Foundation & ECHO
What’s the core difference between Foundation and ECHO?

Foundation: your coach builds and adapts your week around life and recovery.

ECHO: everything in Foundation, plus weekly stress-range targets (Stress-Logic), structured CP/CS testing, and tighter data-guided timing for blocks and tapers.

How often do I hear from my coach?

Weekly plan updates with ongoing communication in TrainingPeaks and email. Response times are quick, and race weeks typically include additional touchpoints.

Do I need to test frequently in ECHO?

Testing is rhythmic but pragmatic (for example CP or CS blocks). We also validate zones using recent sessions to avoid over-testing and protect durability.

Will my coach help with fueling and pacing?

Yes. Both tiers include fueling guidance, pacing rehearsal in key sessions, and detailed race-week execution plans.

Can I switch coaches?

Yes. If a different style or schedule is a better fit, we will coordinate a smooth transition with full TrainingPeaks continuity.

Why is 1-1 coaching often the best route?

Templates cannot read your life. A coach interprets context — sleep, stress, feel, and data — and adjusts weekly so you progress, avoid injury cycles, and peak when it matters most.

Technical & Platform
Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium?

For our 1-1 coaching athletes, yes. We will help you link or activate your TrainingPeaks Premium account.

How do I get workouts on my watch or bike computer?

Connect TrainingPeaks with devices like Garmin or Wahoo. Structured workouts automatically sync so you simply press “Start”.

Can I train indoors with Zwift or TrainerRoad?

Yes. Structured sessions export directly from TrainingPeaks into Zwift, TrainerRoad, and similar platforms.

Are Stryd, HRV, or Oura supported?

Yes. These metrics can be incorporated into training analysis. In ECHO they may help guide load targeting, readiness evaluation, and zone validation.

Billing & Admin
How does the 4-week subscription work?

Billing renews automatically every 28 days.

What happens if I cancel?

Your billing stops at the end of the current 4-week cycle. TrainingPeaks access and the TrainingPlans+ environment are removed once the subscription ends.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. You will automatically receive a confirmation receipt by email after purchase.
