How Your Training Paces Are Set

Your training begins with a short assessment that establishes the pacing targets used throughout your plan.

Most runners complete a Critical Speed assessment to determine pacing ranges for different types of runs.

If you prefer to train using heart rate, your workouts can include heart-rate guidance alongside pacing suggestions.

A GPS watch is recommended so you can track pace, distance, and heart-rate data.

What if I don’t like the plan?
