Critical Power Calculator
Use this calculator to determine your athlete’s Critical Power, Anaerobic Capacity (W’), and physiology - Aerobic, Anaerobic, or Balanced - using the three-point (short, medium, long) testing method.
Keep in mind that a Short Test is typically about 2-3 minutes in length, a Medium Test is about 4-6 minutes in length, and a Long Test is about 10-12 minutes in length.
