What Basecamp is
Your training hub: expert-built plans delivered to TrainingPeaks with clear HR/Power/Pace/RPE targets and year-round continuity via Base-Durability weeks. Choose Triathlon, Cycling, or Running and the Volume Tier that fits your life—no gaps, just steady progress.
Who it’s for
Beginners to elites. Athletes who train by Power/HR or by RPE. Anyone who wants purposeful structure—and the option to add Coach-Supported touchpoints for expert review and periodic plan tuning.
How it’s personalized
In your first week, we guide you through simple 3–6–12 minute run and bike tests. Enter results in our tool (or submit them once via Jotform) and we’ll map precise HR/Power/Pace zones, race-day targets, and a focus workout. Your TrainingPeaks plan is then aligned to those targets—and, with Coach-Supported, we re-tune zones and session specificity at milestones before key phases and events.

- TrainingPeaks delivery & sync: Targets, metrics, and device integrations are ready (Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift, Apple, and more).
- Optional Coach-Supported: Milestone check-ins for review and plan tuning before key phases and events.
