How It Works

  • Sign up for the trial program and complete a brief intake form about your sport, goals, and training history.
  • Gain access to a tailored, 2-week training plan designed for triathlon, cycling, or running.

Step 2: Tailored Plan Creation

  • Receive a sport-specific plan created by our coaching team to match your experience and goals.
  • If you have key metrics like Critical Power (CP), pace, or heart rate (HR) zones, these will be factored into your workouts. If not, we’ll provide guidance on using Perceived Effort (PE) to ensure productive training.
  • While not as detailed as our comprehensive coaching, the plan will give you a clear sense of how structured, personalized training can elevate your performance.

Step 3: Midway Check-In

  • Around the halfway mark, you can connect with our team to share feedback, ask questions, and ensure your plan is on track.

Step 4: Next Steps

  • At the end of the trial, you’ll have the opportunity to move forward with one of our coaching options:
    • Comprehensive 1-1 Coaching: Full access to your coach, including regular feedback, data analysis, video reviews, and unlimited support.
    • Basic 1-1 Coaching: Personalized plans with structured feedback at key intervals and email support
    • Customized Training Plans: Structured plans tailored to your race goals, delivered upfront without ongoing coaching.
