One‑Off Customized Training Plan

A fully individualized training program designed by your chosen coach, designed around your goals, schedule, and events—without the commitment of weekly coaching. You’ll work directly with your coach to build a plan that fits your life, keeps you motivated, and moves you toward your next finish line.

After your plan ends, choose your path:

  1. Upgrade to 1‑on‑1 coaching, 2) Request another custom plan, or 3) Join our BaseCamp network for ongoing plans, education, and community.

  • Anyone preparing for a specific race/block and wants expert guidance up front

  • Ideal any time of year when you need direction and motivation


What You Get

Training (Delivered for the full plan period)

  • Kickoff call with Angela to review your intake form and clarify goals

  • Periodized training blueprint (PDF) tailored to your race calendar and life commitments

  • Field-test protocol to set accurate Heart Rate (and/or Power/Pace) training zones

  • Online training log access for your complete plan and to track results/progress

  • Daily workouts issued for the entire 12+ week period

  • Strength plan with gym exercises and clear descriptions (where appropriate)

  • General race execution guidelines

  • Smart trainer files for bike sessions in ZWIFT/ERG‑compatible formats (optional add‑on)

Support (During Plan Build)

  • Direct collaboration with Angela while your plan is being created (email/call as needed to finalize details)

  • Clarifications on plan intent, progressions, and testing setup

Note: This option does not include ongoing weekly coaching, feedback, or plan adjustments once the program is delivered. You can add those via 1‑on‑1 coaching or request an update as a new plan.


Timeline & Commitment

  • Duration: 12+ weeks of programming (customized to your goals and race dates)

  • Commitment: 6 months (covers your primary build plus buffer for testing, tapering, and race execution)
